Hi,I’m Pete an experienced “soft skills” trainer who delivers such topics as communication skills, mentoring, appraisals, team leadership,Supervisory skills and time management. I apply my business experience to courses to achieve my aim of “customer delight” Amiable by nature but challenging in thinking I make sure all delegates are involved in a comfortable and safe training environment.

Style
I am extremely flexible which allows me to structure courses around the delegates’ needs whilst still achieving organisational objectives. being a high quality facilitator I create an effective learning environment and encourage a high level of delegate participation. Learnings are linked to delegates’ workplaces via a number of custom designed tools.
Facilitation
I provide facilitation services as well as training. By remaining detached from the group but taking responsibility for the task, outcome and group dynamics I help the group successfully achieve their objectives. I have sucessfully provided this service to number of clients including Telewest, Lego Direct, Hyde Housing and Unipath (Unilever)
Training
After a number of years in a variety of business positions I decided to do what I like most-help people develop to achieve organisational and personal objectives. My experience underpinned by post graduate dimploma supports me in my aim. My areas of expertise include Communication, Facilitation, Mentoring, Performance management, Supervision, Line management, Introduction to management, Presentations, Meeting management,Selection and recruitment, Assertiveness, Time management, Influencing and Customer care.
