Style
Allan works closely with clients to ensure that all development interventions and training courses are developed in line with the organisation’s culture and needs. Although he has developed a number of course ‘frameworks’, particularly around coaching and team development each course is tailored the particular organisation.
He has also teamed up with team development specialists, Reivers Development, who provide exciting and innovative experiential teambuilding programmes based on one of Europe’s biggest corporate teambuilding events, The Kielder Challenge.
Consultancy
Allan has twenty year’s experience in Sales, Marketing, Training and Development within the pharmaceuticl industry and was heavily involved in the change processes centred around mergers and acquisitions. He was also involved in implementing new performance management programmes and in embedding a coaching culture.
In the five years he has been working as an independent coach and consultant he has supported a number of organisations in various industry sectors to manage the change that they were experiencing by equiping key managers with the skills to lead the change effectively.
Executive Coaching
Allan also provides coaching services in addition to his training, facilitation and team development activities. The coaching is usually aimed at senior / middle management level in organisations but he is now also involved in supporting professional sports people into business through an organisation called CareersAfterSport Ltd.
Facilitation
A keen and enthusisatic facilitator, Allan has facilited many meetings in the NHS, Pharmaceutical and Sports environment.

Allan specialises in training coaching and team leadership skills.
