Creating working environments in which people can excel has always been a passion for Neal, which led to consulting in business transformation through the coaching and involvement of employees with clear committed views on the needs of their customers.
Consultancy
Neal set up his independent consultancy after a distinguished career in lean manufacturing, culminating in twelve years in Operations, Supply Chain & Program Director roles for CHEP Europe, a £550m business employing 3,200 people and part of the Brambles Industries global organisation.
With some 20 years as a board level leader, he has a successful track record of improving systems and behaviours to give measurable improvements in multi site UK and international businesses.
Having obtained the Fellowship in Manufacturing Management (Masters) at Cranfield, his manufacturing and supply chain management background in high growth and profit recovery situations has included senior roles in Thorn EMI, BTR, Belling, Pentos and Brambles.
