Professional Background
Graham held a variety of Director level positions at Ericsson and ran a Division as Managing Director, with sales, product management, programme management, finance and HR responsibility, with a turnover of £250M and £40M bottom line. He began coaching in Ericsson around 1994 when he first discovered NLP and set up Creating Possibilities when he left Ericsson at the beginning of 1999. He has done coaching assignments at Board level.
Before this he worked at Westland and Marconi, in commercial roles.
