Professional Background
Paul has over 15 years successful experience in business most recently as a Partner and Executive Board member in the UK Division of a European consulting firm responsible for Consulting, People Development, HR and Operations. Previously he was a member of the management board of a leading edge subsidiary of Royal Insurance with responsibility for strategy and planning.
He is a licensed Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP Coach and is one of the few people in the UK to have taken the disciplines of NLP and coaching to such advanced levels. He is a licensed user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is also an Associate of Institute of Personnel and Development.
