Professional Background
I have 25 years of manufacturing management and senior level people-based consultancy experience. Originally a professional engineer by training, the skills of logical analysis and problem solving approaches which I leaned are invaluable in cutting through complex issues.
Experienced up to Board level, I completed an MBA at Warwick University which updated my knowledge of business thinking, and subsequently an accredited Coaching qualification. Both of these have provided me with tools, techniques and knowledge invaluable in my working life.
But the key factor is not my background, nor my qualifications. It is the commitment and care we bring, the difference I and my colleagues make to individual and corporate clients. Many have known and worked with me for many years, and value personal involvement in every aspect of our service, expertise based on personal experience.
