I have a Masters Degree in Education and a Diploma in Management Studies. I am a Personal and Professional Life Coach (NCFE) and a Newfield Network Master Coach graduate with over 500 hours of coaching experience and a certificate in Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling. I am a certified NLP Practitioner (INLPTA), a trained EFQM Assessor, teacher and trainer, and an experienced facilitator, learning mentor and organisation development consultant. I am an active member of the Chartered Management Institute, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) whose ethics I adhere to.
Professional Background
I have over two decades of experience working with senior managers and professionals – people who lead change in public service or business transformation. My life’s work has been in personal, organisational and community development. I have worked as a teacher, overseas volunteer, community worker, leisure services manager, management trainer, projects director, organisation development and management consultant and corporate change coach for the largest local authority in Western Europe.
