Professional Background
Fiona is Managing Director of Real Impact, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an expert in the field of ‘Emotional Intelligence.’ She believes passionately in creating development opportunities for enhancing leadership capabilities and has worked with middle and senior management at the individual, team and organizational level to effect and embed change.
Fiona has expertise in the use of a range of psychometric tools including; the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), the 16 Personality Factor (16PF) Questionnaire, and the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi).
Career History:
Fiona has worked with clients across a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, telecoms, IT, education, construction, and pharmaceuticals. She has held both Board of Management and Consultancy roles as Director of Bluestone Talent Management and as Executive Search Consultant in the IT Management Consultancy sector. A selection of her clients include; Allied Irish Bank Capital Markets, KPMG; Laing Homes; British Telecom, King George V in Hong Kong, Epsom College, and Nabi Pharmaceuticals in the USA.
She is a regular presenter, having spoken on ‘Emotional Intelligence’ to the Division of Work and Organisational Psychologists in Dublin, and on ‘Work-Life Balance in maintaining Peak Performance’ to HR Professionals.
