Professional Background
Rosie established a learning & development consultancy business in 1997. Since this time she’s designed & delivered 1:1 coaching & seminar programmes for a broad range of clients in the UK & Europe.
Her Clients have included household names, many smaller, specialised companies, professional practices, entrepreneurs & the voluntary sector. Rosie has successfully partnered with Senior Executives, Managers and Professionals in a wide range of market sectors.
Prior to establishing her own business, Rosie worked at a senior level in Human Resources for leading ‘blue chip’ international companies. She has particularly strong experience within Hi-Tech & manufacturing industries.
She draws on a wealth of experience in talent development & organisational change. She delivered results on major change management projects, talent attraction & retention, competency frameworks & employee relations.
