Brian holds a B Sc (hons) degree in Biotechnology (1992).
He completed a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (A.P.I.C.S) (1997).
He holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy (2004).
He is a Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP (2005) and is currently completing an NLP Business and Life Coaching programme.
Professional Background
Brian begun his career in pharmaceutical and chemical multinationals in Ireland. He rapidly rose through the ranks to hold a senior operations manager position at just 27 years of age. He turned around the plant he managed in just 18 months through the use of his analytical problem solving skills and his innate coaching and leadership skills.
He progressed to take up a self-employed position with a Dublin-based management consulting and training company where he honed his sales, presenting, training and facilitation skills to add to his growing reputation as an effective coach.
On leaving this company, he continued to grow his business, now trading as Coaching Matters, through the delivery of coaching and training solutions to clients in the public and private sectors – from one-man-band organisations to SME’s,blue-chip multinationals and government bodies.
He added his training in the fields of Clinical Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy and NLP to his unique array of skills and now concentrates on providing bespoke coaching solutions to clients at all management levels in all business environments.
