1976-1980: Application Engineer at Philips, Netherlands.
1980-1998: Heading Malotaux – Electronic Systems Design, where we designed electronic products for in the products of our customers.
1998-: N R Malotaux – Consultancy: Researching problems with project management, finding solutions, checking and optimizing the results during Project Coaching. After coaching more than 40 projects at 12+ organizations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, India and the USA, I collected a lot of experience about what works well and what works less.
