I am an MBA and have been with HDFC Standard Life Insurance for 6.5 years. Was an operations trainer in the organisation, but now have moved into project management. Post the role in project management, have moved to the other side of the table and am a business analyst for Insurance../specialised training in insurance are areas of interest.
Corporate HR training is one field where there is immense potential,and i would want to contribute to organisations with surveys and articles on day to day changes affecting the workplace.
