Cliff Edwards |
Cliff is a provocative teacher (in the style of Frank Farrelly). Who will discuss and agree the risk level you are willing to commit and challenge you at whatever level you choose.
A principal on the Improving Personal Performance module of the Warwick University Manufacturing Group MSc course, Cliff has developed a style which enables individuals to take responsibility for their own development – and then make massive progress in their careers.
He started his career as a computer programmer and moved into training in the 1980s. For 10 years he was a manager and leadership trainer working with managers in large and small organisations. Cliff has studied many methods of coaching and personal guidance and finally found Frank Farrelly and provocative therapy. Frank wrote a book on his methods and runs study tours in the U.S. and Europe. He studied with Carl Rogers – client centred therapy.
Cliff now uses his years as organisational effectiveness consultant and his studies to provide coaching that moves you on.
