Vivien has held senior management roles in large blue chip organisations including Head of Organisational Development for an international fuel card company and Head of Learning and Organisational Development for a major UK Bank. She been a key player in a number of re-branding, merger, acquisition and start up situations.
Vivien has worked blue chip service providers in the financial sector, IT, internet media, construction and road and travel services. Her career has also seen her leading major projects for the public sector in delivering business skills nationally to SMEs.
With 16 years experience, Vivien has managed major restructures at Board and team level and developed HR policies and strategies for organisations in transition (including recruitment of CEOs and Directors and TUPE transfers). She has designed successful development frameworks to align people with a variety of business strategies, both during times of stability and change. Her specialist areas are organisational development,strategic learning and development, leadership and management development, succession planning and culture change and she has spoken on these levers of change at events in the UK.
