A nursing and health visiting background and Masters degree in Independent Practice underpin significant skills in partnership working; involvement of users and carers; management of human and financial resources; and the development of successful teams.

Gill has years of experience in training multi-agency and disciplinary groups, in a wide range of areas, including legislation, processes and methodologies
