I’m a Chartered Engineer who has spent 27 years successfully travelling up the management career ladder within several large multinational organisations. However I found that the rarified atmosphere at the top was not what I wanted.
Having built a reputation for leading large teams of diverse individuals to success I have now set up my own coaching business to help others be the best they can be.

Style
Knowing what you want, why you want it and that you deserve to get it are all key factors in being a success. Believing that everyone has the resources within themselves to be successful I work with businesses or individuals to find and honour those resources.
Whether you have tried to change and don’t feel you’ve been successful or want to change but don’t know where to start; knowing that you want change is the only criteria I look for in a client.
Executive Coaching
I provide individual and team coaching. Starting from a blank sheet, free of assumption and judgement, I will work with you to explore and understand what you really want.
Working with goals, beliefs and values I would love the opportunity to acts as your professional guide and start you on your journey to success.
All coaching is confidential and tailored to each client’s specific needs.
I work on the ‘when you’re done you’re done’ principle and have no expectation of long term coaching relationships.
NLP
I am a qualified NLP Practitioner, Master practitioner and Coach. All my qualifications were achieved through ITS (International Teaching Seminars).
NLP provides a richness and depth to coaching that you have to experience to believe. Tools and techniques can be as challenging as they can be subtle. Most clients (unless they have some NLP knowledge) will be blissfully unaware that NLP ‘is being done to them’ they will just be surprised and amazed by its ‘magic’.
