Style
Working with the event sponsor and their team, I create ideas that are collectively refined into a programme that will stimulate the audience. With 15+ years of experience to draw on, I blend in with the team to plan, gradually increasing the role until the event itself. From then on I increase my visibility accordingly, coaching and encouraging the speaker whilst ensuring best value return for the delegates time.
Facilitation
Conference and event facilitation, for groups from 4 to 400. Available to work through an event project from initial specification and idea generation, through to delivery. Personable with excellent listening skills, your programme is delivered by an individual who is a man of the people; immediately identifiable by delegates as one of their own.
Training
Training in communication skills, team development and leadership. Expert in all aspects of change management and culture change. Able to deliver bespoke tailored programmes or in company material.
