Style
I have 25 years of manufacturing management and senior level people-based consultancy experience. Originally a professional engineer by training, the skills of logical analysis and problem solving approaches which I leaned are invaluable in cutting through complex issues.
Many years of experience in leadership roles in manufacturing and consultancy added practical experience to my natural skills of empathy and relationship development. Clients, both companies and individuals, rely on me to deliver high quality, people focussed services with commitment, integrity, and cost effectiveness.

Our consultancy work helps client organisations to recruit, motivate, and retain the right key people to support their objectives.
During 15 years in Executive Search and Selection, I developed the service further to ensure that those joining client companies would fit long term into the business, and their reputation as employers of choice able to attract the best was enhanced. MBA studies at Warwick added to my ability to identify with business problems.
Specialist Search and Selection for senior and demanding vacancies both permanent and interim remains an important service.
However, as businesses adjust their shape and size to compete effectively, situations inevitably arise where experienced and valued employees cannot be accommodated in the change. Our Outplacement services focus on those displaced, supporting them in defining their direction and approaching the market with confidence.
Executive Coaching
For client businesses I provide Executive Coaching to address issues of personal development and to support career fulfilment and therefore retention in key executives.
Increasingly, individuals are calling on the same skills under the name of Career Coaching. This can be because they are facing an unexpected change in circumstances, because they are looking at a career change, or simply because they wish to take stock of a successful career and ask “What next?”. In each case, we will tailor our work to reflect individual needs.
