Style
I place great emphasis on finding ways for every individual in a group to contribute effectively. Different personalities, behaviours and thinking styles are all taken into account to design workshops and exercises which ensure everyone feels they have participated and satisfied that their voice has been heard. Workshops are visual, hands-on an dfull of discussion and interaction – all atthe same time. My goal is for the group to go away feeling motivated and empowered to undertake the project or task for themselves.
