I find far too much of
cosmetic training,
far too little of
PASSION to make a difference,
Under-CREATIVE presentations,
Over-dependence on aids
(including Powerpoint)
AND
a sorry lack of LISTENING SKILLS
that results from such insecurity.
There is also a
Confusion between the 3 DOMAINS
(knowledge, skill, attitude)
I put in my two cent’s worth in
training free of the above.
