A World Class Palliative Care Centre

Assisted CEO in full organisational restructure, from role design to implementation and provision of necessary training. Project managed IT infrastructure upgrade & renewal. Developed and implemented new financial management system and provided training to senior managers and staff affected.

One of UK’s Leading Utility Companies

Project required migration of 600 customers from Medium Tariff to either Single or 3-Phase supply depending on supply criteria. Also required collection of outstanding balances and closure of accounts on JD Edwards.

UK’s leading yoghurt manufacturer

Client wanted all Blue Chip 90 and 60 day debt collected and 30 day debt below £1m. Requiring initial collation of customer query logs and supporting documentation, then negotiation and resolution of all issues logged. Disputed issues investigated etc.

A Specialist Snacks Producer

The design and print of a recipe book and to produce an appropriate website for the company. The project included managing the format, edit & print of the recipe book, as well as sourcing the required paper stock, printing & binding machines. The website project required an initial consultation, customer based market research, corporate image design consultation and managing the infrastructure build of the website.

A UK Based Animal Focused Goods Importer

Asked for the required technological infrastructure for them to grow their business. After an initial consultation and scoping of the project the tasks completed included the provision & installation of a network of personal computers, MYOB Accounting software and various office accessories.

• A hand-made greetings card company commissioned promotional literature and an e-commerce site.

• A property development company asked for all necessary equipment for their new office. They were provided with computers, networking, high volume colour printing capabilities, appropriate financial systems and continuous ongoing support for their computer and networking.

• A Shopmobility scheme commissioned the design of a corporate image. The brand had considerable impact because its fresh abstract perception. Follow up work included leaflet design & print, newsletter editorial & production, website design and maintenance and staff training.

• Assisting a secondary school in developing scheduling templates to streamline timetabling across the school. This ironed out resource clashes providing a clear allocation of rooms and teachers.

• A Further Education college needed to develop a recruitment strategy in areas of skills shortages. The research highlighted the need for recruitment beyond the catchment area and a general lack of some specific skills nationally.
