Sue is acknowledged as a lead executive coach specialising in building trust in organisations.

Style
Sue has worked in a variety of countries throughout Europe, Asia and America and across many industries as diverse as banking to manufacturing, engineering and telecoms.
Roles have ranged from executive coaching, where she is established as a lead shadow coach to career management where her reputation was built. Recent assignments have dealt with merger and acquisition, inspirational leadership post restructuring, corporate communications and relationship strategy with Tube Lines following the bombing incidents in London.
Consistently adding value to the process, Sue coaches senior executives to identify and strengthen executive presence, influence and create win/win situations. This is – in her opinion the true art of engagement. The ability to meet people where they are and raise the bar – being the true essence of rapport and powerful conversation.
Sue is frequently requested to facilitate and lead “powerful conversations” – those conversations that are waiting to be had but who few people dare to lead. This involves not only diplomacy, a “can-do” attitude – it is an indication of the confidence and skill of a seasoned negotiator.
In Sue’s coaching and training programmes she helps participants review their key delivery skills, unravels the personal blocks and offers coaching to re-establish the momentum and presence often missing. This often leads to participants having fun!!
There is a twinkle in her eye as she assists the participant through the creation and delivery of their masterful key note presentations.
Executive Coaching
I provide coaching at all levels of seniority and age -from Princes Trust to CEO of multinational.
I am PCC accredited by the International Coach Federation and was one of the first life coaches in the UK in the early 90’s.
I am a mentor coach and teleclass leader.
Most recently my training has been deepened by learning from Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado run by the amazing coach Julio Olalla.
I bring a spiritual approach to business, I’ll ask you the question:

I have a range of qualifications and skills to offer you and I also have the intention that the coaching be insightful, connected to your inner wisdom and most of all executed with lightness and fun.
Facilitation
Used to facilitating those conversations that are waiting to be voiced and where accute sensitivity is required.
Competent in community building based on the work of Scott Peck and identifying and bringing out the self -leadership qualities based on the work of Covey Institute.
Holder of a 4 year diploma in Person Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, called to hold space and create the possibility, climate and inspiration for the next step to happen.
I also run radical career change programmes especially wonderful for those individuals who are facing redundancy or who have experienced huge anger and unfairness etc and where forgiveness and acceptance is a block to personal satisfaction and career progression.
Training
I run various programmes and will design and deliver programmes to match your requirements.
I am skilled in accelerated learning, NLP, and specialise in personal empowerment programmes.
Am also becoming famed for guided visualisations and offer these at set times in the morning – free of charge – with the intent to begin work time in a balanced, calm, inspired and focused way. I am trained by Richard Bandler and John Grindler, I began NLP learning in 1995 and build this way of being and becoming into all areas of my life and my work.
