Consultancy
Since graduating in 1992, I have worked in Human Resources both in the private and public sector. I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. My roles have been wide ranging and have included recruitment, staff development and organisational change.
Whatever the size of your company, at times you will require additional HR support. This may be in the form of a strategic development programme; assistance with a change programme; recruitment, redundancies or the provision of coaching or psychometrics for a specific individual or group of individuals. In addition, ongoing Human Resources Management can be provided on a retained basis.
Executive Coaching
I have achieved an advanced diploma in Personal Performance Coaching through The Coaching Academy. Wellhouse Coaching provides a professional service for both individuals and employers seeking to improve performance or address work-life balance. I specialise in improving peoples working lives, with a particular focus on career progression; work-life balance and coaching individuals through change.
Training
Following my persoanl and professional interest in work-life balance I have designed workshops for staff and managers on work-life balance. Workshops will be tailored to clients needs and can be supported by coaching and Human Resources support to embed learning and facilitate change.
