When you purchase a document to download you will be expected to pay in advance, but should you be in any way disappointed in the product you may apply for a refund. Should there be an interruption or other problem with the download, you may have two more attempts during the next seven days before your access rights expire. If you incur any other problems you should contact the support team within seven days, who will try to resolve any problems promptly and to our mutual satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
When you book for an event you may be required to pay in advance. If, for any reason, you have to cancel or postpone an agreed booking, this should be notified to the organiser in writing. Cancellation or postponement with less than fourteen days notice incurs a charge of 50% of the published fee, and with less than seven days, the whole fee is due. If a refund is due there will be a minimum charge of £10 to cover administrative costs.
