While the figures are not exactly known, this appears to be the fasting growing area of leadership development taking place across the world.

In India with the presence of joint ventures and increasing foreign investment, many expatriate CEOs are resorting to Executive Coaching to fill in gaps on the cross-cultural front and equip themselves with skills to be more effective on the job.

Similarly at many Indian companies, which have have been successful in the past owing to the dynamic entrepreneurship of the founder, the changing of the guard to the second line of leadership has taken place, and the need for Executive Coaching as a means to provide expertise and achieve results quickly

has been recognized.

It would be interesting to hear from other Executive Coaches about their experiences in different parts of the world.
