Living in a more complex world, or yet as comlex as before but having now an increased awareness of it, and at the speed of “faster than I can handle”.
Development at the organizational, team and group, as well as at the personal level; resides in the last one. Increasing the personal development and being aligned with the other levels will allow all of them to grow.
